Article 145 after the distribution project for the bankrupt property comes into effect , it shall be implemented by the bankruptcy assignee 第一百四十五条破产财产分配方案生效后，由破产清算人执行。

Article 121 article 32 of this law shall apply to the remuneration of the bankruptcy assignee , costs and liabilities necessary for performing duties 第一百二十一条破产清算人的报酬执行职务所需费用及责任，准用本法第三十二条的规定。
Article 140 the bankruptcy assignee shall prepare the appraisal project for bankruptcy property timely and present to the creditors conference for discussion 第一百四十条破产清算人应当适时准备破产财产变价方案，并提交债权人会议讨论。
Article 138 the bankruptcy assignee may claim the object matter to the right of priority through paying off debts or providing other relevant security 第一百三十八条破产清算人可以通过清偿债务或者提供其他相当的担保，收回别除权标的物。
